FSQ with Chuck Da Fonk is a weekly 2 hour long live broadcast via the music oriented online radio station, The Face Radio, which has its studios in Brooklyn, NYC. The Face Radio broadcasts are subsequently distributed for playback on Mixcloud, Spotify, ACast, Google Play, Apple Podcasts, and iHeartRadio. The Face Radio is a 503c1 corporation and is properly licensed by SoundExchange.

Hosted by Chuck Fishman (aka Chuck Da Fonk), Chuck draws upon his intimate knowledge of soul, funk, disco and house to present a diversity of styles and a quality DJ set of music every Wednesday from 12–2PM NYC time. Chuck also draws upon his connections in the worlds of funk (George Clinton & P-Funk, countless others) and dance music to present the stories and the actual voices of musical legends and up and coming stars.

• Expanded show to weekend version in early 2005, launching with 10 affiliates, and growing to nearly 70 within the first year.

• Collaborate with reporters from the Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones Newswires, Barron’s and SmartMoney to integrate branding efforts.

• Oversee the production of program marketing materials, including sample radio shows, short promotional audio bytes, and program specials used to attract commercial sponsors.

• Serve as a liaison to 100+ radio station affiliates and distribute programming to Internet websites and podcasts.

• Maintain and update an extensive contact list of top stock analysts, consumer experts, and CEOs for radio interviews.

Producer for Business for Breakfast Radio Program that aired on KTLK-AM.

Transformed a stock and mutual fund review show into a business program with a wider appeal.

Grew show from a two-hour format to four hours, including a noon business hour addition, attracting nearly 100,000 weekly listeners.

Introduced new content segments, including travel tips, small business updates, and a recurring career help block that became popular with listeners, and developed into a weekend program of its own.

Diversified and increased advertising opportunities with local sponsors.
